You can read reviews and ratings from other local consumers, and you
can also write your own reviews. These reviews help you to find trusted
local businesses.
What kind of businesses can I find on BizBuzzColorado.com?
We aim to include every business and professional in Colorado. Some of
the more popular categories include: home services, medical care, personal
services, and real estate. You can also check out the "Popular Searches" list
on the homepage.

How do I use BizBuzzColorado.com
to find a local business?
You can search by the type of business or by the name of a
business. You can start by clicking on one of the "Popular Searches" on the
homepage or simply type your information into the search bar on the homepage.
The results will show any businesses that include your search terms in their
category or name.
How are businesses listed in the results sorted?
Premium Listings (listings with logos and more information) appear at the top
of the search results and are sorted by average rating from highest to lowest.
All other businesses with at least one review appear next and are sorted by
average rating from highest to lowest. If two businesses have the same average
rating, the business that has more reviews will appear first. If two businesses
have the same average rating and same number of reviews, the one with the most
recommendations from other business appears first. Businesses with no reviews
appear at the bottom of the list in alphabetical order. You can choose to
display your search results by distance, alphabetically, or by number of
reviews.
How do I read the reviews for a business?
Simply click on the name of the business. You will then see the full listing
for that business, including the reviews. The reviews for the business are
always displayed in chronological order. The most recent reviews appear first.

How can I change an incorrect listing?
BizBuzzColorado.com is eager to
provide the most accurate information possible about local businesses. Only
business owners can make changes to the listing for a specific business. If
information needs to be updated, the owner of the business should click on the
"Is this your business?" link that appears on the profile page for
the business.
Why do some businesses have more than one listing?
A business may have more than one listing if it has multiple phone numbers at
the same location. If you identify a business with duplicate listings, please
email support@BizBuzzColorado.com.
When I search for a business, I don't get any results. Why?
Please check the spelling of the search term. As a general rule, the more words
you type into the search box, the fewer results you will receive.
How can I adjust the geographic scope of my search?
The search radius option helps you find businesses that are located within set
distances from your chosen location. You can set the search area between a
5-mile and 100-mile radius. The default search radius is set at 25 miles.
How do I see a map for a business location?
You can view a map of a business's location from the company's profile page.
You can also get driving directions. Please note that the map feature is only
accurate if the business has a specific street address. Businesses without a
specific street address will not display a map.

How can I write a review of business on BizBuzzColorado.com?
Simply find a business you want to review, and then click on the "review
this business" link next to the listing. You will be prompted to log in.
If you don't already have a reviewer account, you will be asked to register and
create an account.
Why register as a BizBuzzColorado.com
user?
Registered users of BizBuzzColorado.com
are the only consumers who can post reviews of local businesses on the site. BizBuzzColorado.com encourages consumers
to give accurate and honest reviews of local service professionals. To protect
the credibility of these reviews, we allow consumers to review a business only
once. That's why we ask consumers to register first. If you have an account on
Facebook, you may register on BizBuzzColorado.com
using your Facebook account.
What information is required to register on BizBuzzColorado.com?
It only takes a couple of minutes to register. You simply need to provide a
valid email address and some basic demographic information.

No. You are allowed to post a review immediately after registering, but you
should receive a confirmation email shortly after creating your profile. If you
did not receive your confirmation email, either your email address was entered

Once I've registered, can I change my username or password?
You can change your password but not your username. If you want to change your
password, log into your reviewer account. Then click the "Edit my Account" tab
that appears under the main search bar at top of the page.
My reviews haven't been published. Why is this?
It may take 48 hours or more for new reviews to be published. BizBuzzColorado.com also reserves the
right to delay, refuse or remove any review for any reason.
What standards must a review meet before it is published?

to conform to our Website Terms of
Use and to meet the following guidelines:
- The review must be written by
an actual customer of the business or someone who attempted to become a
customer.
- The review must accurately
describe the customer's experience with the business.
- The review must only
describe the customer's experience with the business.
- Current or former
employees/owners of a business may not review their own business.
- Current or former
employees/owners of a business may not review a competing business.
- The review of a business may
not mention a competing business.
- The review of a business may
not include a website address.
- Negative reviews (1 or 2
stars) must include SPECIFIC details about why the customer was
dissatisfied.
I think there's a review on the site that doesn't meet these
guidelines. What should I do?
The integrity of the reviews on BizBuzzColorado.com
is very important to us. A staff member attempts to screen every review before
it's posted on the site. While we won't delete a review simply because it's
negative, we do want to know if there's a published review that doesn't meet
our guidelines. Please email support@BizBuzzColorado.com.
Once we receive a formal notification about a specific review, we will
temporarily suspend the review from the site while we research whether it meets
our guidelines. If we determine it does meet our guidelines, the review will be
reinstated on the site.
Is there a limit on the length of a review?
Yes. Reviews must be at least 50 characters (letters) and no more than 1000
characters.

to create the listing or go to the "add your business" link on the homepage. In
order for a business to be listed on BizBuzzColorado.com,
it must meet at least ONE of the following two criteria:
• It must have a phone number with an area code
of Colorado or a neighboring state, or
• It must have an actual street address (not a
P.O. Box) in Colorado or a neighboring state.
Can I provide more information about my business than just the name,
address and phone number in my free listing?
Yes. You can claim the listing for your business to add more information and
access more features. There is no cost for claiming the listing for your
business. Simply click on the "Is this your business?" link that
appears on the profile page for your business. You will be asked to create a
business account. After you create your account, you can add the hours of
operation for your business and create an email link. You will also get access
to other features. For example, you will receive an email alert whenever a new
review is posted about your business. You can also participate in the Trusted
Business Network.
What is the Trusted Business Network?
The "Trusted Business
Network" is a unique feature on BizBuzzColorado.com. It allows local businesses to recommend
their favorite companies and professionals. These recommendations appear on the
listing page for a business. A business that's active in the Trusted Business
Network can also move higher in the search results. The information from the
Trusted Business Network -- along with the consumer reviews -- helps consumers
find the most trustworthy businesses in their community.
How can I really make my business stand out from the competition on
BizBuzzColorado.com?
After you claim the free listing for your business, you can upgrade to a
Premium Listing. This allows you to add detailed descriptions, photos, website
links, and online coupons. Your business will also appear at the top of the
search results, and ads for your business will on the listing pages of other
businesses in your category. A Premium Listing gives you access to more
features such as posting responses to reviews and contacting individual

How can I make a correction to the listing for my business?
BizBuzzColorado.com is eager to
provide the most accurate information possible about local businesses. If you
are a business owner who wants to correct information about your business on BizBuzzColorado.com, simply click on the
"Is this your business?" link that appears on the profile page for
your business. You will be asked to create a business account, and then you
will be able to update the information in your free listing.
How can I change the specific business category for my business?
Click on the " Is this your business?" link on your business listing.
You will be asked to create a business account, and then you will see your
current business category. There will be a link to a list of all available
business categories. If you find a category that is more appropriate for your
business, you can select that category.
Can I include more than one business category on my listing?
Multiple categories are only available for our Premium Listings. For more

How can I respond to a review of my business?
Businesses that have upgraded to a Premium Listing can post a response to any
specific review they have received - subject to the standards set forth on this
website. This can be an opportunity to thank a customer for a positive review
or to offer a rebuttal to a negative review. The response will appear directly
below the original review. This option is only available to businesses with a
Premium Listing.
How can I contact a consumer who's written a review of my business?
Businesses that have upgraded to a Premium Listing can send a message directly
to a consumer who's reviewed their business. This can be an opportunity to
thank a customer for a positive review or to gather more information about a
negative review. This option is only available to businesses with a Premium
